Use of the Service

Deep-Agnt provides practice problems, coding exercises and tools for learning to build AI systems: model calls, retrieval, tool use, agent loops, evals and production concerns.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the platform you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Service or interfere with other users.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Deep-Agnt shares its sign-in with Deep-ML, so one account works on both.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. Deep Machine Learning LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual property

All platform content, including problems, tickets, traces, explanations, educational materials, branding and platform design, is owned by or licensed to Deep Machine Learning LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You keep ownership of the code and submissions you create. By submitting content to the platform you grant Deep Machine Learning LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

Educational use only

The Service is intended for personal and educational use.

Commercial use of Deep-Agnt content, redistribution of platform materials, automated scraping, or using platform content in commercial products or services is prohibited without written permission from Deep Machine Learning LLC.

User conduct

You agree not to violate any laws or regulations; upload malicious or harmful content; attempt to bypass platform protections, usage limits or safeguards; exploit vulnerabilities or manipulate rankings; or interfere with the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience.

Deep Machine Learning LLC may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action when violations occur.

AI models and outside assistance

Working with models is the subject of Deep-Agnt. Some problems are graded against a real model, and repair sessions are solved by directing a coding agent. Using the models the platform provides, the way a problem asks you to, is part of the challenge.

Outside of that, the Service exists so you can build and demonstrate your own skill. Unless a problem explicitly allows it, using outside AI tools or automated systems to generate solutions is prohibited.

Deep Machine Learning LLC may use behavioral signals, interaction data and session recordings to determine whether prohibited assistance was used. If it was, we may remove Heat, rankings, badges or achievements earned on the affected problems, flag the account, or suspend or terminate it for repeated violations. These measures protect the fairness of the platform.

Model calls, limits and third-party providers

Problems graded against a live model, hints and repair sessions call third-party AI model providers. To run and grade them, the code, prompts and messages you submit are sent to those providers.

Model calls cost money, so each plan has daily limits, shown on the pricing page. Limits may change, and we may pause live grading for a problem or an account to protect the Service.

Model output can be wrong. Do not put personal, confidential or sensitive information into your code, prompts or messages.

Analytics, monitoring and session recording

To improve the reliability, security and fairness of the platform, Deep-Agnt collects analytics and interaction data about how you use the Service. This may include page navigation, clicks, scrolling, typing activity within the platform and other interactions.

These signals may be used for product improvement, debugging, security monitoring and investigating possible violations of these Terms. Sensitive inputs may be masked or excluded where technically feasible.

By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to the collection and review of interaction data for these purposes. The Privacy Policy (/privacy) describes what we collect and how to have it deleted.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Deep Machine Learning LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free, and does not guarantee specific educational or career outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Machine Learning LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

In all cases the total liability of Deep Machine Learning LLC will not exceed one hundred dollars (100 USD).

Termination

Deep Machine Learning LLC may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if users violate these Terms or harm the platform, its users or its integrity.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them.
